Questions

They don't use Watermark.ws yet. Is it hard to learn?
No. It runs in the browser with nothing to install. When they claim the gift, the watermark maker opens with their name already typed in as a signature: they pick a style, add their photos and press Apply.
What if they already pay for it?
If their plan renews by card, the gift becomes credit on their account and pays for their next renewal, so nothing is lost. For any other case, they can contact us from the help button and we will sort it out.
Does the code expire?
No. The year starts on the day they claim it, whenever that is.
Will they be charged after the year?
No. A gift never renews and no card is asked of them. At the end of the year they decide for themselves.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 30 days, as long as the code has not been claimed. Reply to your receipt email.
