How to use a template

From preset to finished photos in four steps

  1. Add your photos

    Drop in photos, videos or a whole folder. No account needed to start.

  2. Open Templates

    In the editor, open Templates and pick one of the ten presets.

  3. Make it yours

    Type your name, then change the font, colour, size or position if you like.

  4. Apply and download

    Apply it to all files, check the previews, and download one file or a zip.

Your own templates

Save your watermark once, reuse it on every batch

When a watermark looks right, save it as a template. Next time, load it and every photo gets the same design in the same place.

  • Workflows. Save several steps together, such as resize, watermark and frame, and press Run workflow to apply them in order.
  • Pin, sort and filter. Keep the ones you use most at the top of the list.
  • You choose when. Nothing is applied on upload; you pick the template for each edit.

Questions about templates

Are the watermark templates free?
Loading the 10 presets is free. The seven text designs download on the free plan, one file per edit. The three signature designs use a signature, which you can try on the free plan; downloading signature watermarks takes Premium.
Can I change a template?
Yes. A template loads as a normal step, so you can change the text, font, size, colour, opacity and position before you apply it.
Can I save my own watermark as a template?
Yes. Save any watermark, or several steps together, as a template. Loading your own templates on a later edit is part of Premium.
What is a workflow?
A template with more than one step, for example resize, watermark and frame. Run the workflow and the steps apply to your files in order.
Does a template apply by itself when I upload?
No. Nothing is applied automatically. Open Templates in the editor and choose the template or workflow you want for those files.
