Watermark.ws's free plan takes one file at a time with no daily limit, the first 30 seconds of a video and the first page of a document, and never adds a watermark of its own.
Does uMark watermark Word documents?
Its site lists photos, videos and PDFs, not Word documents. Watermark.ws takes a .docx and gives back a .docx with the watermark in the page header.
Are my files uploaded?
Watermark.ws uploads them and processes them on its servers; the originals are never changed and finished files are kept for 24 hours. uMark is software you install on your computer.
Can uMark watermark RAW photos?
Its site lists JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF and BMP, not RAW or HEIC. Watermark.ws takes 25 RAW formats and HEIC directly and returns a watermarked JPG.
